01 1. Prepare the surfaces

• ▸ Wash the bike with degreaser and isopropyl alcohol; no wax, no silicone.
• ▸ Work between 18-25 °C, away from direct sun and dust.
• ▸ Remove the panels if the kit wraps around edges: better result, longer life.

02 2. Dry-fit

Place each piece without removing the whole liner, mark the reference corners with masking tape. Check the orientation with our tutorial photo for your model.

03 3. Apply

• ▸ Peel 5-10 cm of liner, align and fix the edge, then squeegee from the centre outwards (use the 17Wheel squeegee, add-on at cart).
• ▸ On curves: heat the vinyl with a heat gun at low power and stretch gently.
• ▸ Micro air channels bleed out: go over them with firm squeegee pressure.

04 4. Post-heat & care

• ▸ Re-heat the edges and press them down: seals the grip.
• ▸ Wait 24-48h before washing or riding in the rain.
• ▸ Wash with neutral soap; on pressure washers keep 60+ cm distance.
